Lincoln MKX Priced Under $35,000

Mkx

Wednesday we got word on the Ford Edge crossover SUV’s prices. Today, its upscale twin drops the veil around its MSRP. The front-wheel-drive Lincoln MKX will start at $34,120, while the all-wheel-drive model will start at $35,770. Destination and delivery is an additional $675.

The Lincoln model is roughly $10,000 more than the Edge and lands squarely in a luxury segment with the Lexus RX 350 ($37,400), Acura RDX ($32,995), Infiniti FX35 ($37,800) and BMW X3 ($38,000). That’s some tough competition for Lincoln, and we’re not sure the few thousand dollars price difference compared to most of these models will sway luxury SUV shoppers when the MKX goes on sale in November.

The MKX comes standard with a 265 hp V-6 engine, 18-inch wheels, dual-zone automatic temperature control, stability control, rollover mitigation, front and rear side curtain airbags and a tire pressure monitoring system. For available option packages, click below.
